I come from a family deeply rooted in the hospitality industry, where I developed
a passion for gastronomy and exceptional service from an early age. Since 2007, I have been an
independent entrepreneur in the restaurant business, successfully owning and managing 7 unique venues,
including restaurants, café s, bars and nightclubs.
